SALES CONSULTANT POSITION
The Role
You will be selling investment properties along side an experienced team or investment consultants. The role entails selling a range of property investments to warm leads. The sales cycle can be short, as a result, rapport building skills and the ability to grasp the client’s aspirations will be key to the candidate’s success.
The Rewards
- Basic plus commissions – £40K OTE (on experience) and Uncapped Commission
- Exclusive Projects and no cold calling
- Being part of a team and receiving in house training
Who we are looking for
- A junior sales candidate with one or two years experience
- Someone who has sold a service and can explain complex topics in a simple manner
- Ideally, someone who has sold property or owns property
- A good listener
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Good building rapport and the ability to create excitement about a product in order to generate sales
- A proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Experience in using CRM software

Your Responsibilities
- Generating a minimum of four property sales per month
- Having a good product knowledge for a wide range of investment opportunities
- Recording client requirements and call history on the CRM system
- Keeping in regular contact with existing clients to generate repeat business
- A minimum of 100 calls to warm leads per day
